This policy explains what personal information Sheets by Sadie (a brand of Next MKD LLC) collects at sheetsbysadie.shop and how we use it.
When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and postal code, and payment details. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
When you browse: standard technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags). We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads, which may set cookies and share browsing events with Meta.
What we do not collect: the numbers you type into your spreadsheets. Your copy lives in your own Google account or on your device.
To deliver your purchase and your library link, answer support requests, process refunds, prevent fraud, measure and improve our ads and website, and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you buy, we may email you about your purchase and product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (spreadsheet hosting) and Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell your personal information for money.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of ad measurement, by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California, under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK, under the GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can also block cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your library and for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 7 years.
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
