These terms apply to purchases and use of products sold at sheetsbysadie.shop ("Sheets by Sadie", "we", "us"). Sheets by Sadie is a brand of Next MKD LLC. By buying or using our products you agree to these terms.
Our products are digital spreadsheet templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, delivered through your online library and by email. Nothing is shipped. Access is available right after a successful payment.
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own household. You may make copies for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly, give away, or redistribute the templates or your access link, or offer them as part of another product.
Our spreadsheets are educational planning tools. They organize the numbers you enter and show estimates. They do not provide financial, investment, credit, legal or tax advice, and we are not a financial advisor, credit counselor or debt relief service. Results, dates and totals are estimates that depend on the accuracy of your inputs and on your lenders' terms. Talk to a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply to your purchase.

The numbers you type stay in your own copy of the file, in your Google account or on your device. We do not have access to them.
We work to keep your library available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a link stops working, email us and we will send the files. We may update products to fix errors or improve them. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made after the date above.
Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next MKD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make using the templates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
